 Guangzhou Kinfen Engine Valve Factroy, whose predecessor is Guangzhou Engine Valve Factory, was founded in Guangzhou City in 1956. We specializes in auto industry marketing services, machinery department combustion engine components, and in engine valve manufacture.
Our main products ranging from all kinds of engine valves, valve cotters and valve spring retainers used for automobiles, motorcycles and general engines, with an annual output more than 10 million valves.
In respect of manufacture technology, we chiefly employ Japanese technique standards originated from FUJI. We introduce advanced PLC computer-controlled production line, TOP, TIP, STL valve end or seat welding equipments and Tufftriding equipment, to meet the requirements of high precision, wear resistance and long life OEM Engine valves and valve cotters and valve spring retainers.
As for enterprise management and quality assurance system, we carried out ISO9001-2000 quality registration system, and we also implement management methods of Japanese quality assurance. To ensure the quality, we use all kinds of imported measures including micro hardness tester, projector, profile apparatus, ultrasonic instrument, three-dimension measure instrument, etc. The compositions of these materials are superb stable.
